The Kornblatt Company and its subsidiaries have their management team onsite to fulfill the needs of their customers and tenants on a timely basis. Upper Management consist of:
David Kornblatt – President & CEO
Tim Polanowski – Vice President & CFO
Frank Hardy – Director of Building Operations

As President and company founder, Mr. Kornblatt currently serves on the Chesapeake Chapter of the Counselors of Real Estate. He is on the management board of the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore. He serves on the Board of the Baltimore Parking Association and is a member of the Greater Baltimore Committee. |
Mr. Kornblatt is involved with the strategic planning of The Kornblatt Company, looking at present and future possibilities for business growth. Mr. Kornblatt oversees the leasing and operations of the St. Paul Plaza Office Tower, taking a hands-on approach with the involvement of all aspects of leasing, tenant relations, and building maintenance.
In leasing, Mr. Kornblatt has been involved with the Attorney General of Maryland, Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, and NFL Player Benefits.

| Tim Polanowski |
| Mr. Polanowski is responsible for upholding the values and guiding the company in the direction that Mr. Kornblatt spent a half a decade establishing. With eight years of accounting and sixteen years of management experience, Mr. Polanowski is well fit to take The Kornblatt Company well into the 21st century. Mr. Polanowski is an advocate of the Balanced Scorecard approach to business; which focuses on employees, customers, growth, and financial profitability equally. Mr. Polanowski is a member of The Downtown Partnership of Baltimore and The Charles Street Development Corporation. |
| Frank Hardy |
| Mr. Hardy is in charge of all operational decisions for St. Paul Plaza Office Tower. He has been with the company since 1992. Mr. Hardy is currently exploring new technologies that will enhance and efficiently upgrade the building. These upgrades include state of the art temperature control and energy conservation. |
| Sandi Casanova |
| Ms. Casanova is responsible for all operations in the St. Paul Plaza Main Garage. She has been with the company since 1988. Ms. Casanova believes that the garage needs to have Cashiers on site to help with customer’s everyday needs. This has put St. Paul Plaza’s parking facilities far ahead of the automated facilities in the area. Ms. Casanova is always involved in Professional Development focusing on new technologies and new procedures that will help St. Paul Plaza Main Garage stay on top of the competition. |
