Offering five unique meeting spaces, the St. Paul Plaza Conference Center has a space that’s perfect for your meeting needs. Rooms accommodate groups of 5 – 100, and each meeting room includes the use of state-of-the-art equipment, a fully outfitted pantry area, and an on-site meeting planner to assist with your preparation.

• Frequency discount is based on the number of meetings to be held yearly. If the projected frequency is not met within one year, St. Paul Plaza will be refunded the difference between the promised and actual frequency rates. 

• Catering prices are based on the number of people and menu chosen. A service fee of 20% will be charged if St. Paul Plaza is chosen to arrange catering or coordinate the meeting.

• Parking arrangements are available.

• Prices include the use of all A/V materials.

• The Terrapin room is available free of charge when renting the Francis Scott Key or the Chesapeake Room. The Terrapin room is a small break out room and may not be available for all occasions.

• A 25% deposit is required when booking a date(s). All outstanding balances will be payable on a net 30 day basis. Make checks payable to St. Paul Plaza Conference Center. We also accept MasterCard and Visa.

• No fee will be charged with cancellations made at least 7 business days prior to the event. Cancellations made fewer than 7 business days will result in a forfeited deposit.
